We are in search of a motivated line chef to join our team. This position is a full-time commitment & weekend availability is a must.
(New York Food Protection Certificate is preferred but not required)

The ideal candidate is someone who: 

  • has at least one year of full-service restaurant experience in a line cook position
  • is highly self-motivated & detail-oriented
  • is a respectful team player with a positive attitude
  • has experience in a busy kitchen & able to work well under pressure
  • preferably has experience with Italian recipes
  • is organized, reliable & punctual
  • has strong communication and listening skills to build & maintain trusting relationships with teammates & guests 
  • is highly ambitious with a strong work ethic ready to learn & grow with a reputable family-owned company
